Diversity And Inclusion Information Session - Online Option
The ECA is hosting an information session from leading experts at MATE focusing on
psychological safety and providing the tools needed to drive an inclusive culture.
MATE is an education and intervention program from Curtin University teaching us all to be leaders in the prevention of sexism, racism, homophobia, bullying, and discrimination.
This empowering session will offer attendees:
• Perspectives on psychological safety, and what does best practice look like
• Immersive ‘bystander’ training with tools for action
• Outstanding professional development for people working in any role
