ECA / DWER - Part V Briefing Session

With the recent highly anticipated release of the DWER Guideline: Industry Regulation Guide to Licensing, it is ideal timing to get the latest insight to current expectations on the licensing framework for the construction and operation of prescribed premises, together with DWER senior staff.

Please join us for an information session together with senior leaders from DWER – Ed Schuller, Belinda Walker and Germaine Larcombe – to provide an overview of the latest changes to the licensing guide. DWER will also present a summary of analysis undertaken on stop-the-clock scenarios, and will provide an update on the latest Guideline: Odour emissions, for the assessment of odour emissions under Part V of the EP Act.

A Q&A session will be held, with drinks and nibbles to be provided afterwards, hosted by event partners Lavan to wind down the working week.
