The ECA in partnership with the WA EPA, DWER and the EIANZ WA invite you to The Environmental Protection Act (WA) 1986: the 2021 changes and how they may and can affect you.

This session will provide an overview of the key changes to the EP Act with a focus on the Part IV changes. There will be presentations from EPA Chair Professor Matthew Tonts, EPA Deputy Chair Lee McIntosh, and the DWER Regulatory Services Unit, followed by Q&A and networking.
