Adelaide is a Senior Consultant and an ADAS Part II commercially qualified diver with extensive experience implementing and undertaking large field programs for clients with complex logistical and occupational health and safety requirements. She has developed systems for tracking and managing a large number of simultaneous field programs to an ISO certified standard. Adelaide started at BMT in 2009 and has worked on a range of marine research and environmental monitoring programs throughout Western Australia, for clients in the ports and harbours, energy, mining and resources and government sectors. Project experience involves environmental impact assessments, development and implementation of environmental monitoring and management plans, operational compliance monitoring (including sediment and water quality and seagrass health assessments).
