Harley Lacy has twenty five years’ experience associated with the agriculture, mining and environmental, particularly in arid environments. He is a Principal Consultant Mining Client Services Asia-Pacific Mining at MWH and has technical qualifications in agriculture and tertiary qualifications in Environmental Management and Environment Biology. He has provided consulting services to mining since 1990 and has been an internal adviser to a large West Australian mining company for five years prior to independent consulting activities.
