Jenny combines her sustainability consulting practice with academic roles at several universities internationally. She is Founder and Director of Western Australian consultancy firm Integral Sustainability, which provides consultancy and training services to Government and industry on the integration of sustainability concepts into planning and decision-making processes. Her current work focuses on the contribution of the resource sector to sustainability. A chemical engineer by training, Jenny’s practice builds upon her early career experience in industrial and corporate environmental management, particularly in the wastewater and oil industries, in Australia and internationally. In 2007 she was awarded her PhD from Murdoch University for her research into the evolution of processes for the sustainability assessment of complex and strategic projects, and she is now internationally recognized for her contribution to the emerging field of sustainability assessment.

  • Multi-criteria analysis (MCA) as a tool for sustainability assessment
  • One- and two-day courses in sustainability assessment theory and practice
