Kel Baldock (CPH) established Hydro-Smart in 1995 to cater for the growing demands of environmental water monitoring and catchment based project and planning services. He is a qualified Hydrographer with over thirty five years experience in the water resources industry. Recent projects have included flow and water quality monitoring, data appraisal and review and production of flow information for a range of clients. Kel also specialises in soil moisture monitoring and advising on soil moisture monitoring networks, research site establishment and monitoring of all components of the water cycle, ground water monitoring and data appraisal. As a director of Hydro-Smart, Kel oversees a range of water information services to other Consultancies, Companies and Government Agencies / Utilities to support their efforts in monitoring and evaluation.
