Madolyn has nine years’ experience in environmental consulting, specialising in environmental impact assessment, approvals and management across the oil and gas, government and infrastructure, and mining sectors. She has extensive experience with the preparation of environmental assessments, approvals and plans under State, Territory and Commonwealth legislation for terrestrial, coastal and marine scopes.
Madolyn has a strong understanding of environmental assessments and approvals under Part IV and V of the Environmental Protection Act 1986 (WA), Mining Act 1978 (WA), Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cwlth), and environmental petroleum legislation and regulations. Madolyn undertakes and prepares environmental assessments, State and Commonwealth referrals, Environmental Management Plans, Environment Plans (onshore and offshore oil and gas), works approval and environmental licence applications, mining proposals, sustainability assessments, environmental monitoring, auditing, annual environmental reports and compliance reporting.
