Dr Ladyman has extensive experience in the design, implementation and management of field biological surveys across a diverse array of biotopesin Western Australia for an equally diverse array of clientele. He has undertaken innumerable short and long-term field surveys, including biological impact assessments, rare flora and fauna monitoring programmes, short-range endemic surveys and mine rehabilitation programmes. Mitch has steered several large biological consulting groups to long-term success and he now invests his time and energy into connecting biological scientists to contract work for a range of clients through his business Animal Plant Mineral Pty Ltd.
