Cancellation and Refund Policy

A Full refund will be provided if registration is cancelled at least 15 business days prior to the event.

Within 5 to 15 business days, a refund will be provided if a replacement attendee can be found.

No refund will be provided if cancellations are received 5 or less business days prior to the event.

If the event is cancelled or postponed by ECA (including COVID-related changes) then registered attendees will have the option to receive a refund or attend the course at a future date.
