Alicia is an Associate Terrestrial Ecologist with over 15 years experience in both consulting and government environments. Alicia has expertise in multiple aspects of project and environmental work, including on-ground ecological studies, environmental impact assessment, regulatory liaison, project management and co-ordination of multidisciplinary teams to deliver regulatory approvals. Alicia relocated from the Melbourne Jacobs office to the Perth office in June 2021.
Alicia has worked on numerous environmental impact assessment and approval projects, predominantly for the water and infrastructure sectors including road and rail infrastructure, utility easements, telecommunications installations, water treatment and delivery infrastructure throughout Australia for a variety of clients. Alicia enjoys working closely with clients, agencies and interdisciplinary specialists to develop solution focused outcomes that are best for both the project and the environment.
Alicia has been involved in a variety of ecology assessments including targeted assessments for threatened species, general ecological assessment and development of Offset Management Plans in a wide variety of habitats throughout Australia. Alicia also has extensive experience in preparing Flora and Fauna Management Plans both for the strategic management of existing sites and to prevent and minimise impacts during construction projects.
