Profile

I have extensive experience providing environmental advice to clients wanting to achieve environmental approvals for projects in Western Australia.

I've worked in the following sectors for a range of clients:
• industrial / waste sector (waste transfer stations, waste management facilities, waste to energy
facilities, service stations, chemical/fertiliser plants)
• mining sector (kaolin, iron ore, gold and mineral sands)
• agriculture sector (piggeries and beef abattoir)
• oil and gas sector (seismic surveys)
• transport infrastructure sector (rail facilities and bus depots)
• land development industry (various residential subdivisions).

My role is to project manage the approvals process, including liaising with regulators, managing sub-contractors, preparing application documents or management plans, responding to regulator requests and consulting with clients.

My strengths lie in a thorough working knowledge of the environmental approvals process at both a state and federal level. I will generally provide advice regarding management of environmental aspects including noise, dust, odour, asbestos, solid waste, wastewater, contaminated soil and water, acid sulfate soils, clearing of vegetation and fauna.

In the past I've completed secondments to private and public sectors, including a secondment to Fortescue Metals Group to provide environmental support to their environmental approvals team and to the former Department of Lands to provide project specific assistance on the Northampton Lead Tailings Project.

I enjoy helping people, I value time, and I respect the investment people make in solving their environmental issues.
