Garth Humphreys
Profile
Garth Humphreys is an ecologist with over 25 years experience in fauna and flora surveys and has been involved in hundreds of projects at both formal and informal levels of assessment. With a background in zoology and terrestrial ecology, Garth is a specialist in the areas of biological survey, environmental management and ecological impact assessment. He has been appointed as an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Western Australia and a Research Associate at the Western Australia Museum.
Garth's project involvement has included mining developments (impact assessment, monitoring and rehabilitation), regional road design (planning, impact assessment and environmental management) and rare fauna and flora assessment and management. Garth is currently a Director and Principal Ecologist with Biota Environmental Sciences Pty Ltd.
