Jan Henry has worked as a Principal of Ninox Wildlife Consulting since 1981, providing expertise in fauna surveys to mining and development companies, government departments and other broad-based natural resource consultants and engineers. She has worked extensively in the southwest forest and coastal plain, the Pilbara and Goldfields. Prior to forming Ninox, Jan worked for the WA Museum Mammal department for seventeen years, specialising in identification, taxonomy, cataloguing, data entry and analysis of research data and public liaison. Fieldwork included fauna surveys in the WA Wheatbelt, Goldfields, Pilbara and Kimberley.
