Ray Steedman has over forty years’ experience in private industry, providing advanced science, geophysical fluid dynamics, environmental and technology services and products to resource and defence industries, engineering and environmental service companies and government agencies.

• principle environmental consultant with leading national and international engineering and environmental service companies.
• executive and non-executive positions for both private and (ASX) listed national and international marine and environmental services companies.
• non-executive chairman of the Australian Institute of Marine Science of Australia (Commonwealth Government) and executive chairman and the Environmental Protection Authority of Western Australian (statutory agencies)

• Single Jetty Deep-water Port & Renewables Hub, Exmouth Gulf;
• Challenge to State Coastal Planning Policy Guidelines Coastal and compulsory coastal land reclamation subject to sea level rise;
